Neuauflage der Atos IT Challenge

Im Rahmen der sechsten Ausgabe des Technologiewettbewerbs von Atos, einem international führenden Anbieter digitaler Services, können Teams von zwei bis vier Studierenden weltweit ihre innovativen Konzepte rund um das Thema Blockchain-Technologie vorstellen. Die Anmeldung für die IT Challenge 2017 ist bis zum 30. November 2016 möglich. Der Wettbewerb bietet den Studierenden eine Plattform, ihre Ideen in funktionierende Konzepte zu verwandeln. Mit dem Preisgeld in Höhe von 10.000 Euro kann das Siegerteam seine App verwirklichen.

 

Das Thema der IT Challenge 2017 ist „Blockchain“, die Technologie hinter der Cyberwährung Bitcoin. Eine Blockchain ist ein dezentrales und unveränderliches, manipulationssicheres Datenregister. In der jungen Technologie steckt viel Potenzial: Sie kann die nächsten großen Revolutionen in der Finanz- und Wirtschaftswelt und im Internet zuwege bringen.

 

Wie lassen sich bisherige Geschäftsmodelle erneuern? Wie lassen sich sichere und zugleich öffentliche Apps gestalten?

 

Die Teilnehmer sollen ein innovatives Konzept entwickeln, das zeigt, wie sichere und öffentliche Accounts genutzt werden können, um herkömmliche Geschäftsmodelle zu verändern. Das Konzept kann auf verschiedene Business-Anwendungen wie Gesundheit, Bildung oder Verwaltung ausgerichtet werden, sollte aber auf bestehenden Blockchain-Plattformen wie Bitcoin, Ethereum oder Multi-Chain basieren.

 

Die 15 besten Konzepte werden Mitte Dezember bekannt gegeben. Dann beginnt für die restlichen Teams die zweite heiße Phase des Wettbewerbs: die App-Entwicklung. Der Gewinner wird im Juni 2017 in Paris bekannt gegeben.
