Atos erneut „Leader“ im Gartner Magic Quadrant für End User Outsourcing Services in Europa und Nordamerika

Atos, ein international führender Anbieter im Bereich Digital Business, ist von Gartner zum dritten Mal in Folge für Europa und Nordamerika zum „Leader“ für End User Outsourcing Services ernannt worden. Die Bewertung beruht auf dem unternehmerischen Weitblick und der Umsetzungsfähigkeit.

 

Im Bericht werden die Fähigkeiten von Dienstleistern zur Bereitstellung von End User Outsourcing Dienstleistungen bewertet. Dazu gehört eine umfangreiche Liste an Desktop- und Helpdesk-Outsourcing-Leistungen. Gartner definiert Desktop-Outsourcing-Dienstleistungen als Dienstleistungen für Desktopcomputer, Server, Netzwerkinfrastruktur, Prozesse und Organisation.

 

In dem Bericht zu Europa definiert Gartner „Leader“ als „Dienstleister, die fachkundig agieren und eine klare Vision davon haben, wohin der Markt steuert. Sie entwickeln Kompetenzen, um ihre Führungsposition zu behaupten und gestalten den Markt, anstatt ihm nur zu folgen.“
