Atos mit neuem Senior Executive Vice President

Michel-Alain Proch wird Senior Executive Vice President bei Atos, einem führenden Unternehmen im Bereich Digital Business. Dies gab Thierry Breton, Chairman und CEO von Atos, anlässlich der Präsentation der Geschäftsergebnisse 2014 bekannt.

Ziel ist es, die Struktur des Top-Konzernmanagements zu stärken. Die Integration von Bull und die geplante Übernahme von Xerox ITO führen zu einer Neugestaltung der Atos Gruppe. Diese wird mit knapp 100.000 Mitarbeitern in 72 Ländern und einem pro forma Jahresumsatz von ca. 11 Mrd. Euro vor allem das Geschäft in Nordamerika deutlich ausbauen.

Um diese wichtige Entwicklung in den Vereinigten Staaten zu koordinieren, wird Michel-Alain Proch zum Senior Executive Vice President befördert. Er ergänzt die beiden weiteren Senior Executive Vice Presidents, Charles Dehelly und Gilles Grapinet. Die drei Senior Executive Vice Presidents treten dem neu geschaffenen Atos General Management Committee bei, das für die globale Konzernkoordination zuständig ist und von Thierry Breton, Chairman und CEO, geleitet wird.

Elie Girard, der im März 2014 als stellvertretender Chief Financial Officer (CFO) zu Atos kam, wurde zum Finanzvorstand (CFO) des Konzerns ernannt. Wie alle Mitglieder der Konzernleitung berichtet er an Thierry Breton.
